Workout Inspiration

For the entire month of January I've decided to do a little picture series I call 30 days of inspiration.....
in pictures.
For the next 30 days I'll be posting collages of inspiration to get you started on the right foot in 2012.
I hope you'll stop by everyday for your daily dose of inspiration.
Pick what resonates with you.

Because I know we all indulged a bit more than we probably should have this holiday season.
The first collage is your workout inspiration to shed those pounds and get into gear.

I'll be stopping by as I need it! Going on vacation in 2 months and 6 days and I need maybe a miracle and a half to get me to where I need to be. I think my favorite one that you showed is "Choose Your Hard."

Thanks for the daily dose of encouragement, inspiration and motivation, Jan! GREAT idea! :-) The last one especially resonates with me, except that it says "Someone who is sicker and/or more physically challenged than you is exercising right now. What's your excuse?" :-D Yep, all the cancer patients (some of whom I know personally), those who have lost limbs, those who are paralyzed, etc. inspire me to get up, get out, get moving and get busy LIVING by their examples of commitment and dedication to living healthily and fully in spite of their health challenges. Hats off to them!!! :-D

The busy and running photo speaks to me. I need to get my tail and gear and train for this half.
