Midweek Workout Inspiration

How many of you have been keeping up with your new year's resolutions to keep fit?
I haven't even started mine!!
I don't feel bad though because I've been sick.

Just in case you're starting to slack off, or perhaps were even thinking about it.
I have a new bunch of inspiration to keep you in gear and keep you commited.

That "The No Junk Food Challenge" had me lol. Hehe! Thankfully, that's not a challenge for me, but the breakdown is sooo simple, it's ridiculous. :-D Thankfully too, I LOOOOVE being physically active, especially creatively and challengingly so. I do NOT like to sit on my tuffet, but there are those days, especially coming back from an unplanned and unwelcome break, like injury and illness, when I need the extra motivation to reboot and get going again. Thanks for the jumpstart, Jan! :-)
